From the beginning, we got IT right.

Hello. My name is Mark Nussbaum. As Signature’s COO, I oversee the day-to-day operations around here. Over the years, I’ve learned a lot about the inner workings of this unique company of ours.

Back in 1997, Signature Consultants was established as a staffing company with a singular focus on IT. At the time, there were other IT staffing companies out there, but none of them were doing IT right. So we built Signature by building relationships first. By this, I mean getting to know and understand the needs of our clients, our consultants and those within our own organization.

After all, any staffing company can fill a position. Getting IT right means filling the position with the right person. Our approach seems to be working. It’s taken us less than 20 years to expand our operations across the continental U.S. Today, we’re the 15th largest IT staffing firm in the country. That’s according to Staffing Industry Analysts.

With 25 locations, no matter where a business has a need for the best IT people, we can respond. Every year, we place thousands of consultants who support, run and manage our clients’ technology needs. Whether it’s IT staffing, consulting, managed solutions or direct placement services, we respond with the right people, because we’ve already built relationships with the best in the business.
