After being owned by a larger entity, company executives bought back ownership in this real estate investment bank. To support complete independence, the firm needed to build a new ES 2.0 technology platform from the ground up, and find IT leaders to join their team.
Signature sourced IT consultants who joined the firm’s early IT leadership team. Other consultants with various skill sets supported the migration of legacy data to the new environment during a “Lift and Shift” project. Key talent included .NET developers and Azure Cloud architects, an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, and a BA and PM to help build out their PMO. Additional resources included a UI/UX Lead to design the front-end UI of their new ES 2.0 application and an IT Infrastructure engineer to set up and manage their new helpdesk ticketing platform.
After successful completion of “Lift and Shift,” contractors converted to FTEs, including key employees serving in IT leadership and hiring manager roles. With business operating fully on new systems, the project is continuing with a target completion of Q4 2021. Signature remains engaged as a resource partner.
