The digital channels’ core Online Banking Product Implementation was responsible for management of key areas of the bank’s online banking channel. The initiative focused on managing new and existing Internet banking products, customer adoption, and satisfaction of the online banking platforms. The project partnered with various business stakeholders and leadership to develop the strategy and roadmap for online products to meet division and company objectives.
Signature Consultants was challenged with delivering Project Management resources to manage products and projects ranging from concepts in ideation to platform features already in production. Resource allocation was provided at a highly developed capacity to work with and influence diverse functional areas, both within the Digital Channels and within other lines of business and technology groups.
