Energy

Our referral based network took years to build.

In the Utility industry, it’s all about experience in the field. I’m Mike Cherenson, VP of Utilities Practice for Signature. I bring more than 20 years of industry experience, including Utility CIS replacement projects, AMI, Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) and SAP CR&B (Customer Relations and Billing) to our team.

This kind of in-depth experience in a vertical is what sets Signature apart. We don’t try to be everything to everyone. Instead, we focus on being experts in a given field. This focus has led to upwards of 40 new implementations and 30+ upgrades around the world. It has also helped us build a solid referral network spanning almost 20 years.

Many of our customer relationships have lasted just as long. That’s not surprising. Signature has always nurtured a culture based on the fundamental principle of striving to do the right thing. It’s obvious this culture has paid off in the form of long-term partnerships.
