Healthcare

Healthcare clients want high touch, compassionate professionals. So do we.

Hi, my name is Bianca Bernardo. I’m Signature’s National Healthcare Practice Lead. I believe there’s a reason we’re so good at giving our healthcare clients what they want. It’s because their criteria so closely aligns with our own internal standards.
Compassion, teamwork, respect and professionalism are traits we hold in high regard and because Signature is a relationship-based business. We’re not just another staffing firm, we’re your partner.  Whether our clients are 20 miles away or 3100 miles away, we always go on site to visit both our managers and our consultants. It’s important to us that we check in and see how everything is going; personally and professionally. We’re an extension of our clients and we want to make sure we address any issues or concerns that they might have before it becomes a problem.

It is very important for us to understand how our clients operate, how their teams are comprised, upcoming initiatives and what their critical needs are.   Our goal is to provide them with outstanding service and to do this we always include our Recruiting Managers in our meetings with clients, this way that they can hear a manager’s expectations firsthand.

The willingness to go further is why our clients consider Signature to be a true partner. They know they can count on us to provide the top healthcare talent in the country.

Let’s get started!
