My name is Nancy Tarchis. I’m the Director of Benefit Services for Signature Consultants and have managed benefits for our consultants and internal employees for more than ten years.

There are many benefits to working with Signature and they’re not limited to our friends-first approach! We work closely with a team to create and offer an extensive portfolio of benefits designed to meet all of our employees’ needs. We even have a hotline to help you choose the perfect plan and answer any questions.

Signature Consultants offers three PPO plan options through Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Two options include high
deductible plans that can be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA).

$10,000 of Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment is provided to the employee at no cost when enrolled
in Signature’s medical plan.

Teladoc, a virtual physician service, is offered if enrolled in a Signature Consultants medical plan. There is a $45 copay
to call or FaceTime with a medical provider.


Our dental insurance program provides a choice between three preferred provider organization (PPO) dental plans
through Delta Dental.


Signature Consultants offers insurance to help manage the cost of vision care. Vision insurance covers routine eye
care, including eye exams and eyeglasses (lenses and frames) or contacts through EyeMed.


Disability insurance helps protect employees and their families from unexpected financial hardship. This benefit continues
a portion of an employee’s salary when medically approved illness or injury causes the employee to be out of work.

Life Insurance

Employees and their dependents may obtain additional life insurance coverage through post-tax payroll deductions.
As a Signature employee, you may purchase up to $500,000, or five times your base annual earnings, whichever is less.


The Signature 401(k) plan, administered by Wells Fargo, is a great way to save for your retirement. You may elect
to defer your compensation by a specific percentage or dollar amount and have the amount contributed to the plan
on a pre-tax basis as a salary deferral.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Signature offers multiple FSA options including healthcare, limited healthcare, dependent care, and transit and parking.
This allows employees to have certain expenses deducted from their pay before tax to reduce taxable income.

Hyatt Legal Plan, InfoArmor Credit Monitoring, Nationwide Pet Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Plan, Accident Plan,
Critical Illness Plan.

No cost coverage

Signature Consultants provides all employees and the household members access to the Magellan Employee
Assistance Program at no cost. This allows for up to five visits per issue with a licensed Magellan therapist.

Perk spot discount program

Allows for employee discounts at local retailers and services once registered for the program.
