Signature Consultants offers 4 medical coverage options through Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans with a national network of health care providers and lower out-of-pocket expenses when you use participating providers.


Our dental insurance program provides a choice between 3 Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plans.


Signature Consultants offers vision insurance to help manage the cost of vision care. Vision Insurance covers routine eye care, including eye exams and eyeglasses (lenses and frames) or contacts.


Disability insurance helps protect employees and their families from unexpected financial hardship. This benefit continues a portion of an employee’s salary when medically approved illness or injury causes the employee to be out of work.

Life Insurance

Employees and their dependents may obtain additional life insurance coverage through post-tax payroll deductions. As a Signature employee, you may purchase up to $500,000, or five times your base annual earnings, whichever is less.


The Signature 401(k) plan, administered by Wells Fargo, is a great way to save for your retirement. You may elect to defer your compensation by a specific percentage or dollar amount and have the amount contributed to the plan on a pre-tax basis as a salary deferral. You generally are not taxed on your salary deferrals until you withdraw those amounts from the plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Signature offers multiple FSA options including health care, limited healthcare, dependent care, and transit and parking. This allows employees to have certain expenses deducted from pay before tax to reduce taxable income.

Employees can contribute up to:

  • $2,600 annually for medical care
  • $5,000 annually for dependent care
  • $255 monthly for transit
  • $255 monthly for parking
