Ashley C., Consultant Relationship Manager, partners with recruiters and account managers to ensure that every consultant starts a new project knowing Signature is supporting them. “Consultant Care is an extension of our culture to each consultant. We believe it’s a major contributor to consultant retention and productivity.” A perfect example of this is the starter kits that Consultant Care prepares for new consultants with business essentials such as a notebook, pen, water bottle, and badge pulley. Every consultant is given one by their recruiter as they walk them in on their first day of work.
