Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Audit & Exam Support for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Track requests, ensure timely responses, clarification of exam scope, identification of recurring themes, managing distribution of materials, etc.
  • Oversee response documentation ensuring consistency in execution
  • Proactively identify emerging issues raised during exams & reviews
  • Participate in the identification of best practices, including tools to track exams and reviews, materials documentation, issues management, inclusive of Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs), etc.
  • Tracking and reporting of issues ensuring timely resolution
  • Ongoing communication to Executives and Key Stakeholders of status updates by providing periodic reporting
  • Support initiatives to improve regulatory interactions and exam/audit/investigative tracking routines and reporting
  • Liaise with GOCRS colleagues ensuring consistency of approach globally


Required Skills:

  • Experience participating in regulatory exams, audits, Matters Requiring Attention (MRAs) and other internal investigations
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, partnering across various levels of management
  • Ability to work in a very detailed manner, while looking broadly across the business to develop connections and themes
  • Ability to anticipate, respond to, and lead others through fast-paced changes in requirements and priorities
  • Ability to manage concurrent activities under significant time constraints
  • Ability to deal with complex information, processes and relationships, and derive simple solutions
  • Proven analytical ability and integrative problem solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor message to the audience
  • Ability to work through virtual teams to drive execution
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint


Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of compliance and risk framework
  • Foundational knowledge of general bank policies, regulations, programs and procedures
  • Business Continuity, disaster recovery or resiliency experience
  • Advance Degree
