Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.


  • Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business requirements to deliver significant business outcomes

  • Works with key partners to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into actionable specifications

  • Possesses a deep understanding of the business/technical domain and the main applications within the domain, and provide thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations

  • Influences stakeholder strategy, and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem

  • Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations

  • Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests

  • Acts as the subject matter expert within the business domain to support scope and requirement decisions

  • Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain

  • Assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design

  • Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies


  • Relationship management skills to align stakeholders, build consensus and establish credibility within the organization and influence others

  • Ability to execute with accuracy, precision and attention to detail, while looking broadly to develop connections and themes

  • Ability to deal with complex information, processes and relationships, and derive simple solutions

  • Highly organized with strong project and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor message to the audience

  • Competency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • 3-5+ years of business product/ project/ process experience for a large and complex technical organization

  • Business Continuity governance, metrics, controls experience preferred

  • College degree preferred
