Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, MN.


  • Gather and organize information on problems or procedures
  • Analyze data gathered and potential solutions Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures
  • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program
  • Review and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements
  • Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used
  • Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes
  • Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes
  • Help produce and maintain next level data, reporting, tools, and analysis for the Rx Specialty business
  • Participate in team Agile scrums for the team in addition to being an active developer of our products in support of the OptumRx Specialty Infusion business
  • They will work cross functionally with Clients, other Developers, OGA, IT to define requirements, develop/maintain solutions, UAT, and help manage the portfolio
  • Will be working with a team of 4-5 in a telecommute environment
  • Team members will be primarily end-to-end developers (able to take data from source, perform ETL, and develop final product, typically a dashboard or report)


  • 1 Year PowerBI preferred (or similar Data Viz tool like Tableau or DOMO) development experience
  • 1 Year SSIS (or similar Data Transformation tool like Alteryx) development experience
  • 1 Year SQL (or similar database) basic experience
