Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Business PM (w/ banking, change mgmt) for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will provide support to the TFSO Digital Transformation Program in GBAM Operations. We are looking to recruit a project manager to lead operational readiness across multiple large Operations Excellence projects. Interface with business partners and technology to evaluate solutions, gain feedback and work with broader project teams to ensure delivery of client focused products. Establish measures of success, drive strategic analysis and impact assessments, drive operational readiness to meet business goals and objectives.


  • Establish and manage routines and reporting
  • Lead comprehensive planning, implementation and adoption across business, technology, operations, and support functions
  • Organize and advance the project, ensuring everything is on time, in scope and on budget
  • Develop project plans and track for multiple work streams
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders
  • Document and manage dependencies across initiatives
  • Define and roll out communications and training plans
  • Identify and escalate risks and issues
  • Identify gaps and work with teams to produce relevant outcomes/solutions


  • 10+ years of AGILE program management experience in financial services
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to influence, negotiate, persuade and resolve conflict at all levels
  • Demonstrate ability to drive execution of complex change requirements
  • Have strong planning and organizational skills, accepting accountability for tasks and ability to balance a high volume of work under pressure
  • Proficiency in various Project and Portfolio Management Tools (i.e. PPRT, JIRA, QC, Visio, MS Project, etc.)
