Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Compliance Systems - Implementation/Configuration Consultant (REMOTE) for an opportunity with a client located in Chaicago, IL.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Independent implementation and configuration work
  • Build on back end and user acceptance testing
  • Develop technical solutions to complex problems that require the use of ingenuity & creativity
  • Participate in requirement gathering meetings with internal business units to gather technical requirements and translate them into a business solution
  • Develop reports and dashboards in support of business requirements
  • Complete all assigned tasks & deliverables within the specified time frames
  • Provide accurate estimation of the amount of effort required to complete a given tasking within a 10% margin of errors
  • Work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization to help formulate scope, objectives, helps define business/functional requirements (user stories), and acceptance criteria to help achieve a successful go-live
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation cycle, ensuring process owner satisfaction and a seamless delivery with excellent communication
  • Analyze and interpret requests and their impact on existing design and function of system data and workflows
  • Lead dynamic and interactive business requirement/information gathering sessions with process owners and stakeholders during normal business hours
  • Complete comprehensive configuration workbook(s) using Microsoft Excel
  • Report building, taking advantage of business analytics and data visualization capabilities of an embedded


  • 3-5 years' experience compliance 360 compliance implementation experience
  • Must have full configuration experience
  • Sai Global, Sai 360, c360 experience
  • Ability to suggest various solution approaches and express the pros/cons of each option
  • Ability to produce proof of concepts and mock-ups to serve as visual aids with business process owners and stakeholders when necessary
  • Preference of experience with SAI Global's Compliance 360
  • 5+ years experience within an implementation role working with Enterprise Risk and/or Regulatory Compliance solutions implementing medium to large sized projects
  • General knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
  • Microsoft Power BI experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related field or commensurate level of experience
  • Project Management experience and/or PMP certification a plus
  • Familiar/Experienced with Kanban Board or other agile methodologies
  • Experienced with collaborating with technical teams and vendors for single-sign on (SSO), REST API integration's or similar technical requirements and working knowledge of HTML
