Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Customer Experience Designer (Hybrid with 2 to 3 days on site) for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC; Wilmington, DE; or Glen Allen, VA.


  • Research, develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites

  • Assess business, user and technical requirements

  • Design, develop, test and refine prototypes

  • Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites

  • Provide regulatory support

  • Provide customer service by solving operational issues

  • Support the unit's commitment to customers' satisfaction through fast and courteous service via telephone and written correspondence

  • Process customer service requests such as address changes, statement copies, et cetera

  • Work under minimal supervision

  • Fill customer orders with supervision

  • Take and execute complex solicited or unsolicited investment orders in Sales or Trading Representative's absence Provide back-up for others and may provide training or work direction to less experienced staff

  • Develop and influence servicing strategies, business plans, end to end process improvements. Influence product design and implementation of complex business and technical changes in response to insights on how to improve services for customers

  • Through journey mapping and other methods, identify customer pain points across channels for key products and services

  • Lead customer experience journey analysis, strategy and resolution of complex challenges, requiring in-depth understanding of how those experiences connect with one another across channels

  • Influence vision for an improved customer experience for specific customer journeys/services, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading the customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Website or Application Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 2+ years of design experience

  • Customer Journey Mapping

  • Servicing or UX design

  • Experience in banking preferred but not required
