Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Data Analyst II for an opportunity with a client located in Pfugerville, TX.


  • Support, enhance, and develop Public Sector Business Operational
    processes and procedures for Data Governance
  • Ensure business records in customer relationship management (CRM)
    solution meet minimum quality standards
  • Define data quality rules per business requirements and industry standards.
  • Drive for automation vs manual review
  • Administer data quality audits to measure compliance, solve for and/or prevent
    on-boarding non-compliant data into Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Analyze and resolve MDM/CRM data quality issues detected through quality
    audits or received as retail master data requests
  • Utilize a master data management solution and Apple's CRM to resolve data
    quality problems
  • Editing, merging and unmerging records
  • Prioritize and drive the resolution with extended team members of known data
    issues requiring manual review
  • Collaborate with BPR and IS&T to implement/improve upon quality controls
  • Drive visibility of CRM sales accounts through account team assignments in
    Apple's territory management solution
  • Drive data management awareness across the US Public Sector Sales

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the business, data requirements, system and
    user workflows
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience and college degree preferred
  • Familiarity with master data management (MDM) solutions and the application of
    quality control procedures and corrective measures
  • Proficient with Excel and/or Tableau for visualizing data
  • Define the characteristics of Master Data and understand approaches,
    difficulties, risk analysis, and mitigation for data mapping
  • Recognize the purpose of data governance by correlating business use cases
    and benefits
  • Knowledge of data management policies and procedures
  • Ability to use online resources (i.e. D&B Hoovers, MDR) to validate business
    customer information
  • Experience using various customer relationship management (CRM) solutions
  • Ensure operational and data management requests are executed within
    expected timeframe
