Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a General Human Resource Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will provide general administration of Human Resources actives through timely request fulfillment within a service center environment. Respond to inquiries regarding the new hire process from new hires, recruiters, hiring managers and human resources business partners. Research and resolve discrepancies within service requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage queue of assigned service requests and inquires and ensure timely processing and resolution occurs within specified service level agreement
  • Service requests include but are not limited to: offer letters, initiation of employee on-boarding package, ordering pre-employment screening packages, pre-employment paperwork/forms and management of employee data within applicant tracking system to ensure timely hiring
  • Maintain necessary recruiting related files and paperwork while upholding and protecting confidential candidate and employee information
  • General clerical functions according to standard procedures or instructions
  • Sorts and files correspondence, cards, invoices, receipts and other records in alphabetic or numerical order or according to subject matter and may retrieve archived files
  • Processes paperwork by gathering and verifying data and transferring into a standard format
  • Generates correspondence and routine reports
  • Posts to and extracts data from records and files
  • Stamps, sorts and distributes department mail
  • Photocopies and proofreads documents
  • May verify and process documents, bills, invoices and vouchers
  • May order and maintain department's supply inventory
  • May respond to routine customer inquiries
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and either answers routine questions or directs the caller to the appropriate resource
  • May perform other clerical duties as directed
