Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Hardware QA Tester for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes test cases under varying circumstances
  • Documents and evaluates test results
  • Detects, logs, and reports program bugs and glitches
  • Tracks defects and helps troubleshoot errors
  • Reviews test procedures and develops test scripts
  • Partners with engineers to drive QA efforts




Required Skills:

  • Ability to plan and document tests
  • Ability to execute tests and troubleshoot issues to narrow the resulting problem
  • Ability to document defects and issues while providing due diligence
  • Understanding of agile and the tester's role in the process


Desired Skills:

  • Hardware testing onsite in a lab environment
  • Talents should include curiosity, tenacity
  • Ability to clearly deduce and communicate issues to the appropriate level
