Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Infrastructure Systems Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Duluth, GA. Our client is seeking a talented Data Quality Control Analyst II to be a part of our Data Controls and Governance team, responsible for testing internal processes, independently researching core data, identifying trends/weaknesses and being part of ongoing process improvement.


  • Participates in end-to-end testing to ensure control objectives are met and working as designed
  • Proactively identifies data quality trends and root cause analysis
  • Provides recommendations and solutions to management and technology partners (process/system improvement, gaps in controls, technology solutions, etc.)
  • Creates test scripts, test plans, and participates in requirements building/user acceptance testing as appropriate
  • Acts as Data Quality, Data Controls or Data Management subject matter expert on a variety of initiatives
  • Acts as an ambassador of Data Quality and Risk Management
  • Participates in various research efforts as needed by the department, including identifying remediation efforts through independent research of approved third party sources
  • Act as a champion for enterprise wide operational excellence program for Data Management
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management
  • Responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks


  • Minimum of 4 years' experience related data quality, data management, AML or client onboarding preferred
  • Research and problem solving
  • Attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
  • Strong critical thinking skills and able to work independently and make sound, fact-based decisions
  • Ability to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, enthusiasm and ability to energize others
  • Ability to implement new ideas and influence others to produce better decisions
  • Four year degree is a plus
  • Experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Visio and Excel is preferred
  • Experience with query/reporting technology like SQL, Tableau is preferred
  • Experience with Master Data Management or Onboarding tools like Profisee is a plus
