Signature Consultants is seeking a Lead Data Management Analyst (hybrid in the office 2 to 3 days per week) for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN.
Partner with DMI, Risk, LOB, IS, and IT teams to establish data security business processes and requirements
Creating and maintaining data access security and governance processes and procedures
Triage and perform data analysis in support of data access and/or data onboarding requests
Partner with data domain teams to support data onboarding governance reviews, data scanning, and/or data access activities through data understanding, data requirements and audit requirements
Daily operational processing including: DIAs, change request reviews, entitlement reviews, and EDP access consultations)
Promote data governance and security practices across the data community
Support/drive development of presentations, process flows, documentation as needed, across various audiences
Provide support to ad-hoc requests as needed
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of governance and compliance experience
2+ years of leadership experience
