Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Legal Counsel/Attorney for an opportunity with a client located in Sandy Hook, VA. Our client is not truly seeking a typical attorney, simply seeking individuals with 3+ years of experience negotiating 3rd party supplier/vendor contract agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing contracts, extracting key information from contracts into Google Sheets
  • Filtered and search contracts
  • Load contracts into repository
  • Responsible for drafting and negotiating supplier contracts which would include termination notices, contract amendments, SOWs, etc.
