Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Mid-Senior Automation Tester for an opportunity with a client in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

  • Person will be responsible for functional Analysis of Wealth Management applications and data flow to understand the system and accordingly create end to end functional test strategy along with test data strategy
  • Interact with QA managers and leads to understand their existing testing scope and test data requirements Based on individual silos testing scope create end-to-end test strategy and test data requirements
  • Present the test strategy to management, solicit feedback and incorporate review comments
  • Identify key deliverables & milestones and subsequently track and monitor project related items including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
  • Interact with technology silos to coordinate testing and overall progress
  • Track and communicate project status to team and management, demonstrating timely and appropriate escalation of risks and issues
  • Prioritize, manage, track, and resolve issues that may arise during the course of test planning and further into testing life cycle

Requirements:

  • Candidate should have proven track record of a successful functional analyst or test analyst (preferable in Wealth Management)
  • Skills to perform impact assessments and elaborate functional specifications
  • Experience in working with large datasets and creation of test data strategy
  • Experience in authoring functional and test data requirements
  • Self-starter, able to deliver with minimal supervision, paying close attention to detail
  • Should be well familiar with Agile methodology and JIRA tool

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiar with Wealth Management processes and systems is highly preferred
  • Should be able to automate day to day reparative tasks
  • Test automation experience
  • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT
