Signature Consultants is seeking a Network Manager/IT Manager (REMOTE) for an opportunity with a client located in Arden Hills, MN.
Develop and manage to budgets, schedules, performance standards, and driving accountability of team to objectives
Lead execution of critical programs and strategies to reduce cost and enable emerging technologies
Works collaboratively, effectively, and efficiently with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals and resources across multiple stakeholders, project priorities, and organizational initiatives
Responsible for providing updates to IT executives regarding the strategic vision and execution status
Lead the team to identify and execute network security strategies that improve the security aspects of offered services
Lead a cross-functional team to manage and execute assigned services and initiatives
Identifies innovative uses of Technology to provide a competitive advantage
Responsible for staffing and developing Product Teams comprised of scrum masters, analysts, and engineers/developers
Responsible for Global Network and Firewall footprint (management, uptime, risk mitigation and resources & consolidation strategy)
Develop tooling and automation to drive efficiency and quality in all aspects of our work
Key contributor in the creation and execution of the strategic objectives and tactical roadmaps focused on transforming Network and Network Security
Responsible for developing and managing a global team of internal and external resources (10+ direct reports)
Collaborate with Cyber Security Team to review the security controls in on premise and cloud-based applications
Establishes, implements, and ensures compliance with all networking security standards and policies.
Works under minimal supervision. Independently determine and develop approaches to deliver results
Use OKRs and KPIs to measure success and to communicate to your team, customers, and leadership
Ensure deliverables meet or exceed service-level expectations for quality, timeliness, performance and budget
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, related technical degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT and partnering with Stakeholders
A minimum of 3 years in a IT Manager role leading people and projects
Ability to work on a Global team in person and in a collaborative virtual setting; self-motivated, self-directed, adaptable
Proven experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with IT Partners, Stakeholders and Vendors
Demonstrated strong financial acumen and experience managing program financial, operational budgets, vendor relationships, contracts and negotiations
Demonstrated experience in IT contract management (MSA's, Software / Subscription Agreements, Professional Services)
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver IT strategies
Outstanding problem-solving skills to assist in maintaining project progress and on design issues
Understanding of security and network infrastructure related technologies (preferred)
