Network Security Engineer - REMOTE

Position - Network Security Engineer (Palo Alto)
Location: REMOTE
Duration: Contract to Hire


Looking for a Palo Alto Engineer inside and out

MUST HAVE

• Administration, configuration, routing, filtering, and maintenance of Palo Alto networks
• SD WAN, internal routing, and circuit dependencies
• interaction with users, ticketing/triaging
• system administration, architecture, and design experience
• Malware, exploitation, and data protection

Day to Day Responsibilities

• This position will be supporting a national network of 60 locations, need to have supported at least 5,000 users
• Will be on call every 3rd week
• Fast paced environment, need to hit the ground running, able to multi-task and be self-sufficient/work independently
• Will have no direct reports, but will be acting as a leader on the team
• Someone who comes from a networking background
• May need to work after hours for break fixes and implementation (Manager is flexible with work hours)
