Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Non-IT Project Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Richfield, MN.
The client is looking for an Analyst to support the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) team focused on our team's capabilities around Key Reports which entails quality reviews of business process models. The Key Reports program performs quality reviews on reporting processes, that are modeled after six sigma SIPOC (Supplier Input Process Output Consumer) methodology. The quality review of business process models requires quality assurance reviews of complex data flow models and communication with stakeholders regarding resolution of quality issues. These business process models are created in the SAP PowerDesigner tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively work in a team of Data Governance Analysts in support of the development and delivery of the EDG's capabilities to address a specific business and/or regulatory need
  • Work with business and technical groups to support the collection, integration, and retention of the data sources and/or process flows
  • Interpret and communicate the results in a manner that is understood by the business

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years related technical experience or 5+ years analytical experience in the Banking/Financial industry or similar highly regulated industry

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Proficiency with MS Excel
  • Requires confidence and the ability to clearly document quality assurance gaps
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail when completing repetitive tasks
  • Experience performing Process Quality Assurance
  • Analytical (e.g. comfortable with data) and can combine an understanding of business objectives, customer needs, and data required to deliver customer experience and business results
  • Willingness to continuously develop and acquire new technical skills and learn new tools
  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change
  • Ability to accommodate a dynamic and fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to understand business and reporting processes easily
  • Natural curiosity and self-directed ability to seek out information and meet goals/deadlines
