Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Privacy Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support for the company's Privacy Compliance Office and Privacy Program

  • Support the Privacy Compliance Manager in overseeing the Privacy Program and assist in the efforts to drive accountability for privacy in multiple respective disciplines

  • Assist in expanding the Privacy Compliance Office's global footprint with the company, support the development, drafting, and delivery of communications and training to raise awareness about the company's Privacy Program across assigned business functions

  • Keep on top of current & upcoming state and federal privacy law and monitor advancements in information privacy technologies & tools to support organizational adaptation & compliance

  • Build relationships with assigned business functional leaders and serve as a Privacy SME advising on Privacy Program and Regulatory requirements at the business functional level

  • Provide overall support to the Head of Privacy, Compliance and Privacy Compliance Office such as development and distribution of meeting agenda, minutes, and follow up items

  • Assist in department or division-wide initiatives and special projects



Qualifications/Skills:

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

  • Ability to develop and implement highly effective strategic communications plans

  • Excellent analytical and project management skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources with a sense of urgency and to navigate within a complex organization

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills to effectively build relations and interact with associates at all levels within the organization

  • Effective supervisory skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment to accomplish department goals

  • High degree of initiative and excellent judgment to effectively resolve issues

  • Demonstrated success working in a complex and deadline driven environment

  • Proficiency with enterprise content management systems, collaboration tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
