Product Owner

Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Product Owner for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with all areas of our business including channel partners, sales, customer support, operations and finance

• Utilize your strong Voice of Customer skills to develop product requirements and new product proposals based on market needs

• Translate strategic priorities into a product vision, roadmap and specifications

• Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on product concepts and deliver capabilities that will enable us to accelerate growth

• Stay abreast of competitor products and industry trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS solutions

• Proven track record of designing, building, and launching customer-facing products

• Able to lead time-sensitive, high availability products with minimal guidance and high attention to detail

• Able to collaborate at a variety of levels on product vision, strategy and roadmap

• Experienced using Google Analytics or similar data analytics platforms

• Able to use data to establish priorities and drive actions

• Action-oriented, self motivated, and a team player

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - to develop training and marketing materials for products and services coming to market

• Able to clearly define, quantify, and track results to implement continuous improvements and enhance the customer experience

• Familiarity working with UX prototyping tools, such as Figma or Sketch, to visually articulate ideas to developers and stakeholders

• Familiarity with the commercial security industry or other related industries preferred (e.g., access control, property management, video)
