Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator for an opportunity with a client located in Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize weekly and monthly meetings with business units, project managers, clients, and other internal teams to review issues jeopardizing deployments or project timelines
  • Manage manual dashboards for data tracking, incorporate system tools with real-time monitoring, and drive transition from manual to electronic dashboards across the department
  • Serve as a key escalation point for client, business unit and intradepartmental requests
  • Assist leadership with reporting, analytical research and development of processes, SOPs, and training aids
  • Document customer requirements, track implementation statuses and defects, log issue resolution and identify opportunities for system enhancements
  • Manage the implementation cycle to include adherence to critical dates, testing, escalations, prioritization and customer communications


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or Associate's degree with relevant work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination/management, implementations, or support
  • Effective time-management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-starter who can work effectively, both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and demeanor in high pressure situations
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project
  • General understanding of Project Management principles
