Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Manager - Data Management for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in Treasury customer routines to understand initiatives, build and foster relationships, upstream changes, establish amenable engagement model across all stakeholders and manage strategic plans

  • Create executive level reporting and summaries for senior leaders

  • Manage eDIM reporting and consolidation, storytelling, prioritization and liaise with eDIM team on all asks and strategy

  • Facilitate participation in quarterly PI Planning events including pre-planning preparation and deliverable alignment

  • Structure and solve business problems/process improvement and outcomes, spearheading collaborative solutions

  • Manage and engage in meetings and facilitate communication with the TDM Governance and Business Support Teams/Leadership

  • Participate in HRP routines and maintenance for monthly reporting

  • Support audit reviews, risk and compliance and regulatory exams/inquiries by providing consolidation of required artifacts, input from leads

  • Manage eDIM tickets/reporting, provide timely updates and follow ups

  • Communicate high level eDIM priorities and incident reviews via regular eDIM meetings

  • Ensure eDIM tickets meet criteria set forth by the Governance team

  • Monitor key metrics, milestones and support analysis and organizational health

  • Lead Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Simplify and Improve (SIM) initiatives

  • Implement team building efforts supporting a centralized operating model and continuous improvement

  • Participate in business case and project plans with management and senior leaders providing insight to the wider group

  • Manage team's risks, escalations, and timely mitigation to avoid greater impact.

  • Track team deliverables/tasks and progress to help identify opportunities, risks, provide transparency, champion cross-pollination, promote recognitions and respond to leadership inquiries on status checks.

  • Drive timely communication and consistent flow of information.

  • Author materials and leadership preparation for key meetings

  • Address other ad hoc requests as/if needed

  • Responsible for team meeting agenda/materials and timely follow ups
