Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Sandy Hook, VA.



Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, analyze, and support Innovation products and projects
  • Support and contribute to the execution of a variety of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Participates in high-level sessions for project planning and deployment schedule with IT PMO
  • Contributes to the determination of KPI, benchmarks and success benchmarks with IT PMO
  • Act as the main point of communication between internal teams and external resources
  • Lead the creation of thorough project and support documentation
  • Collaborates in budget tracking and issue resolution
  • Contributes to managing project risks and determining corrective measures
  • Monitors performance of assigned projects and identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and process improvements
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned



EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, or related field of study. Master's degree is preferred


EXPERIENCE:

  • 4-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Technology experience/background a plus


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Highly self-motivated with strong project management skills and results oriented
  • Demonstrated success in gathering data, conducting analyses, and generating high quality outputs
  • Ability to translate requirements into quality solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Requires the use of sound business judgment in coordinating projects
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques required
  • Good in presentation, facilitation, and communication
  • Technical knowledge and expertise are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Monday.com, Atlassian Jira is preferred
  • Analytical, influencing, facilitating, team-building, strategic thinking, and process-driven skills
  • Ability to provide after-hours support
