Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Risk -Lead business execution consultant for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development, evolution, and communication of Escalations Application system product vision, values, and priorities

  • Accountable for researching and resolving Escalations Application user inquiries

  • Supports maintenance of prioritized Escalations Application product backlog aligned to product vision and goals and performs user acceptance testing

  • Define and capture business requirements and work with technology on implementation

  • Review moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Utilize risk knowledge for error remediation for moderate to high-risk company-wide projects and initiatives

  • Implement, monitor and interpret, risk-based governance programs policies and guidelines to align application functionality

  • Work on multiple concurrent initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Partner with peer team on risk reporting to executive management, committees, and Board of Directors

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Risk Management experience (Compliance, Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Audit, Legal, Credit Risk, Market Risk, IT Systems Security, Business Process Management)

  • 8+ years of experience with SDLC work preferably in agile environment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of issue management and policy

  • Application Data Debugging

  • Ability to drive the requirements process with both technical and business partners

  • Ability to prepare management level presentations

  • Risk management experience

  • Process definition and documentation experience

  • Ability to identify, research, track and fix data anomalies

  • Ability to support decisions through use of data

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization; including senior leadership/management

  • Combined business and technology experience with a focus on data, reporting and risk management
