Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Sales Representative (REMOTE) for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC. Our client is seeking sales reps to service and sell into our highest value business card customers to curb attrition and create a better customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers and prospective members/charters in order to develop new payments (business card) business
  • Prepare highly effective sales presentations, explains services offered, and recommends services which would benefit clients
  • Achieve individual business development goals, including new sales, calling activity and card activation calls
  • Maintain required subject expertise including product knowledge, general organization practices, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of technological advances applicable to product lines and services
  • Establish and maintains good public relations with the community and/or third party brokers/intermediaries to enhance the organization's image
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and integrating contract requirements with business objectives



Qualifications:

  • Thorough to expert level of knowledge of unit payments products as well as well-developed sales and new business development skills
  • Knowledge of the development of sales strategies and goals and closing skills
  • Strong customer service / relations skills, excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the organization and its products, services, and operations
  • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
  • Strong marketing, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Moderate analytical skills and an understanding of basic accounting principles related to financial transactions
