Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Salesforce BA for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC. Our client is seeking motivated and team-oriented CPQ Business Analyst focused on supporting Quote Management capability maturity priorities for our clients.


  • Meet with business leaders, decision-makers, and end-users to define business requirements and systems goals
  • Enable the delivery of CPQ solutions, collecting business requirements as well as designing and implementing technology enhancements
  • Facilitate discussions among business owners to understand problem statements and gather requirements
  • Participate in functional and technical design activities
  • Hands-on ability to manage user permissions, configure product and pricing rules, approvals, quoting templates, digital signatures, workflows, validation rules, changes to user interface
  • Able to troubleshoot issues from QA and UAT testing
  • Create and maintain a set of operating instructions, system configuration, and other documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with Business and IT teams to ensure the solution meets user requirements
  • Effectively prepare Business Processes, Process Flow Analysis, Requirements Definition, Data Models and Detailed Functional Design
  • Document the solution design with specific business and technical details

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • Experience working on systems analysis and implementation - preferably CRM/Quote to Cash
  • 2+ years of experience working with Sales teams implementing CRM/CPQ projects
  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Minimum of 2-year experience working on Apttus CPQ - including Product, Pricing, Approvals setups (2 or more implementations)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience implementing Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Administrator and CPQ certifications preferred
  • Salesforce administration experience required - Profiles, Workflows, Process builder
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development - APEX, Visualforce, Lightning
  • Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative
  • Experience with consulting driven solution approach is a plus
  • Strong technical, collaboration, and communication skills who can contribute to a team environment and present well-prepared stakeholder-focused verbal and written communications
  • Must have an understanding of the Salesforce platform and working knowledge of quote management systems (Conga (Apttus) technologies), and process improvement
