Job Title: Senior Lead Agile Coach
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 - hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
Duration: 6+ month contract with high chances to extend and/or convert to FTE
Pay: $85-$100/hour W2
Number of Positions: 3
JOB OVERVIEW
- Establish, lead, and guide organizations on the transition to healthy product discipline which embrace and exhibit the Agile mindset, practices and standards to deliver value to our customers
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization to help drive the transition from projects to products
- Offer credible guidance on product procedures, work structure, creating customer journeys, and start growth of scaling activities
- Ability to facilitate discussions around value of product mindset and articulating the steps required to achieve agility within a product
- Assist leaders in considering complexity and long-term implications of product based operating models through a transformational lens
- Provide strategic leadership on approaches to overcome impediments to accelerated delivery
- Serve as an experienced advisor to the team with a focus on scaling Agile within the organization or line of business by leveraging different industry standard best practices, that support Agile values and principles, specific to business problems
- Make decisions utilizing Agile metrics and a strategic perspective to show value of practicality in enabling planning, continuous improvement, and thoughtful data inspired decisions
- Ability and willingness to coach at a team, scaled and product level
- Familiarity with customer journey and value stream mapping
- Demonstrated reasonable level of technical and business understanding to optimize credibility with teams and managers
- Experience leading discussions with individuals at varying levels of the organization that result in a shared understanding and consensus on a path forward
- Works with all levels in the organization to teach and coach the product management principles and practice
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Must have experience leading several scrum teams across multiple departments and at the Product level
- 5+ years experience with Jira Align and Jira
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentations skills
- Excellence in facilitating technical and non-technical groups
- Prior experience with project to product transformations
