Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Sr. Product Strategist for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.


  • Lead both research efforts to better understand people and their environments
  • Analyze and synthesize research into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Lead conceptual product definition discussions with team members and stakeholders leveraging frameworks, documenting underlying information architecture
  • Work with Designers to create human-centric journey maps and blueprints based on needs, persona definition, and research
  • Structure and facilitate workshops to define business and product goals, solution concepts and features
  • Develop products, services strategies, and product roadmaps based on user insights and digital analytics inputs
  • Help develop and design artifacts including: user stories, concepts, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes to various degrees of fidelity to make your ideas clearly understood
  • Work closely and iteratively with both users/customers and internal, interdisciplinary teams including Design Strategist, Product Managers, Agilist and Technologists
  • Define the product vision and roadmap to help the team align on direction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional strategy experience through relevant consulting, digital agency, and/or boutique strategy firm experience, or product management
  • Proven experience in user or customer research, testing and analysis, insights generation, journey mapping, workshop design and facilitation
  • Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in storytelling and defining the format: presentation decks, documentation, visual artifacts
  • Excellent analytical abilities, organization and product/process management skills
  • Understands and has knowledge in UX/UI best practices
  • Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams of designers and engineers
  • Thorough understanding of project management principles, client relationship management, and software development methodologies
  • Ability to quickly grasp and solve complex business problems
  • Strong business acumen, technical aptitude, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with wide range of individuals and all levels of the organization
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and negotiate
  • Demonstrate high degree of initiative and self-motivation minimal supervision
