Job Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a UAT Coordinator-with BI tools (SSRS, or tableau or Oracle BI) for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC. Our client is looking for someone to work on an assignment for 12+ months. This assignment will be remote until post Covid-19 ~ onsite after COVID.



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the coordination, oversight and ultimate execution of Wholesale Banking's commitments to key internal and external stakeholders as it relates to the management of financial crimes risk with the Wholesale Bank
  • Responsible for Wholesale Banking's execution of the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) program
  • Responsible for meeting OCC BSA/AML commitments
  • Partner with line of business ("LOB"), operations, risk and compliance team members, Wholesale Control Executive Office, Enterprise Financial Crimes Risk Management, Wells Fargo Audit Services, and Testing & Validation to advocate
  • Ensure alignment in scope, purpose, expectations and execution of the Wholesale Financial Crimes Program
  • Work closely with other CDD Tools workstreams in multiple geographic locations, as well as manager, business project manager, and product manager for Risk/Compliance/Regulatory reporting projects



Qualifications:

  • UAT coordination w/ BAs, users, and other integration teams
  • UAT planning, preparing scripts, executing scripts
  • UAT data staging and coordination with source teams
  • Requesting and coordinating lower environment deploys w/technology partners
  • Working and coordinating with QA lead
  • Consolidating and tracking results
  • Progress reporting for leadership
  • Perform post production checkout after normal business hours
  • Experience working on Oracle BI (preferred), Tableau, SSRS or other reporting BI platforms
  • JIRA, VersionOne or other user story workflow tools
  • HP ALM or other defect tracking tools
  • Agile, scrum, Kanban experience
  • Strong communicator
  • May write user stories for Oracle BI, Tableau, or other reporting BI platforms
  • May provide demos
  • Some sql preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, strategic planning, thoughtful and meaningful tracking/reporting, and timely escalation and change management
