Data Management

Data impacts every area of a business. Managing your data is the key to success.

My name is Lindsey Ness, and I’m a Senior Local Resource Manager at Signature. My efforts are focused on business intelligence (ETL), database administration, big data and other new and emerging technologies.

Signature makes sure every office has a skill set domain lead for each of our client’s major technology fields. After all, technology trends change quickly. My position and expertise not only make me the best possible resource for a candidate, but I can also assist other recruiters when they have questions regarding my skill set domain.

Having an SME for each client’s major technologies, especially those with major skill sets, gives Signature an edge over the competition. This understanding means we know what a candidate’s specialties are and, more importantly, how they align to a client’s needs. This specialty focus is an important aspect of our relationship building process.
